Facility Management

For both, individual and factions, we take care of your business with the goal of maximizing your income. We strongly wish to establish long term relationships with our clients, building friendship and partnership ties with them; prices are defined on such basis, so the oldest our relationship is, the cheaper our fees are.

Fees:

Standard Fee: 
sum [max (0, Facility income)] * 10 %

Friendship Fee*:
- First 6 months: sum [max (0, Facility income)] * 10 %
- Next 6 months: sum [max (0, Facility income)] * 8 %
- After the first year: sum [max (0, Facility income)] * 5 %
* Minimum of 50 facilities

- ATM
- Bank
- Casino
- Civic Centre
- Port
- Starport


Terms and conditions:

1.- SINC must be assigned as manager of the facility
2.- The Owner shall be responsible of checking that his facility is properly powered and assigned to a qualified operator. The Owner may assign Hank Soprano (lvl 5) as operator, free of charge.
3.- Facility income shall be distributed to the Owner on a weekly basis, as soon as possible after each income run. Our fees will be charged by decreasing the income to be distributed.
4.- In case the facility incurs on any losses, the Owner shall be responsible of paying the whole debt.
